How to Reach

The Conference is hosted by Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, India. Proclaimed Institute of National Importance through Act of Parliament, extending into an area of over 100 acres of lush greenery, the campus of the Institute is imaginatively laid-out with a picturesque landscape. It presents a spectacle of harmony in modern architecture, and natural beauty which enthralls and inspires.
One, from out of the city, can reach IIIT Allahabad in following two steps

1. Reach Prayagraj (formerly known as Allahabad)

a. Via Air travel (National and International)

• Closest Domestic Airport is Prayagraj-Airport situated approximately 5Km from IIIT Allahabad.
• Lucknow (Chaudhari Charan Singh Airport) is connected from other cities in India (and abroad via Delhi or other International airports). From Lucknow, one can travel to Prayagraj via Train/Bus/Cab in approx 4 to 6 Hr.
• Delhi (IGI Airport) has frequent trains for Prayagraj with 9 to 12 Hr travel duration.

b. Via Railway

• Prayagraj Junction: There are many trains throughout the day connecting Prayagraj to various major and distant cities of the country. It is the primary railway station of Prayagraj City. The distance of IIIT Allahabad to the station (Platform No. 1 side side) is approximately 13 Km and is connected to the IIIT via frequent public transport (sharing auto and Intra-city bus).
• SubedarGanj: A few trains terminate at Subedarganj railway station, which is situated approximately 4 Km from the IIIT.
• Cheoki: Many trains divert from this railway station which has been serving as a secondary major station for the city. One can find frequent public transport from here to Prayagraj Junction.

b. Via Bus

• Prayagraj bus stations are situated in close proximity to Prayagraj Railway station (Platform No. 1 side).

2. Reach IIIT Allahabad

a. Via Air travel (National and International)

• From any Prayagraj Railway station (Platform No. 1 side) or airport, one can book a cab/shared-auto to reach IIIT Allahabad within 30 mins of travel duration.

Accommodation

• Accommodation for the participants (Student/Faculty/Industry Person) will be arranged in the Visitor Hostels (Guest House) of IIIT-Allahabad Jhalwa Campus, on payment basis which will be facilitated on a first come first serve.
